Our customer return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original package and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept any false eyelashes that shows signs of usage. To return, simply go to your account dashboard to start your return. After prompts are followed in your return portal, use the return shipping label sent with your items to return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund inside the email.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card minus shipping and handling. You are able to use your credit toward an exchange of your choice and can check the balance of your store credit through your account dashboard.
Late or missing refunds
If it has been two weeks since sending your package and have not received a refund or email about your refund yet, check the spelling of your email and/or check your spam folder. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "refund request".
Final Sale items will not be eligible for a refund/store credit. Sale items follow our 14 day return policy. Please note, return credits will be issued based on the amount paid on your invoice.
Gift Cards never expire and can be used online and in store. Gift cards are redeemable for products and services. When purchasing e gift cards please triple check the email you are sending it to. For any issues with misspelled emails, please email us at email@example.com with the subject line at "gift card error".
We ship directly from our Headquarters in Queens, Ny. There can be up to a 2 business day processing time for all orders which does not include holidays. All items eligible for free shipping qualifies for free standard shipping which typically takes 2-5 business days. Although we work diligently to get orders to shipping carriers, once a order is processed and sent out there is little control we have over shipping delays.
