Our customer return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original package.
Refunds are subject to approval. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can request a refund in your account dashboard under the orders tab. After your request is sent through we will send you a return label to the email address on file. At this time it is the customer’s responsibility for the return shipping cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and return approval.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to you on your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, check the spelling of your email or see if you put the correct email on file. If you have done all of the above and you still have not received communication on your refund, please contact us at email@example.com with the subject line late refund.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and unused. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The time for your exchanged product to reach you will vary based on your location.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and she/he will find out about your return.
After a purchase is made, there is a 1-2 day processing timeframe. We ship USPS and Fed-ex only.
